We most like to focus on what we do best: engineering high-quality speakers and headphones with powerful sound for music, home cinema, and gaming at the best price.
But love of good sound is not the only thing that guides our actions. We wanted to make this page to familiarize you with the principles our brand stands for, and which every Teufel employee lives by on a daily basis - from large scale to small:
Like our home city of Berlin, we stand for openness, tolerance, and cultural diversity, and have ever since our founding 45 years ago.
The Teufel family embraces people of all stripes. This keeps us driven by fresh stimuluses, and reinforces creative processes. The way we treat diversity is not an empty phrase - it forms a keystone of our corporate culture. And to underline that, we have signed the Diversity Charter.
We reject propaganda, incitement, insults, and discrimination with absolute clarity. We stand for the courage to go one's own way and live out one's own individuality. Our values are based in democracy and solidarity.
We do not support any particular parties, political groups, or perspectives. We also have no influence on who buys our products, or for which purpose they are used. That means that sometimes, our products are used for public political events. such as election campaigns, demonstrations, or other political activities. There is no legal way for us to restrict the use of our products after the point of purchase.
Tone makes the music
From digital space to in-person contact, at Teufel we treat everyone equally and with respect from our customers to business partners.
As a company, we stand for freedom of opinion. However, we do not tolerate any political discussion, personal insults, or any form of discrimination on our social media channels or community platforms. We reserve the right to delete comments and block users who do not abide by our netiquette standards. We also will not consider letters or emails about this topic.
