Good values sound better for longer.

What's important to us
at Teufel.

As a company with over 320 employees, we are aware of our social responsibility. We are actively committed to social interaction, diverse work culture and the careful use of environmental resources. Regardless of the issue at stake, we regularly question our actions and examine how we as a company can become even better in this area.

Acting today for a better tomorrow

Good sound makes life better, but it shouldn't harm the environment.

Teufel has a dedicated team established specifically to address the question of how we can act more sustainably. This cross-division team spans all levels of Teufel's international workforce, voluntarily contributing ideas with a unique energy. They meet regularly to discuss their concepts and present them to management, from where they are independently driven forward by the members of this team. Read more about successfully implemented projects here, and know that this is only the start.

All of Teufel's German offices and stores are powered by green electricity. This means that the power used at these locations derives from 100% renewable sources from independent plants.
Our work processes are mainly paperless, and ideas are shared digitally. When we print something in our Berlin offices, we use recycled paper. We are also gradually replacing our instruction manuals in the product packaging with digital downloads.
We only sell or ship our products in printed shipping boxes made of 100% recycled material - we do not use excessive retail packaging. This is how we aim to save resources. This applies to all our new products.
Inside our boxes, we have replaced all protective material with molded cellulose wherever possible. This material is more recyclable and therefore more sustainable than polystyrene. Unfortunately, our heavier products such as floor-standing speakers still require things like styrofoams and polystyrene for safe transport, but we use these products as efficiently and as little as possible.

    Friends for life

Teufel products aim to provide the best sound today, tomorrow and many days after.

We focus on the quality of our products so that you can enjoy them for a particularly long time.

    Inspired by diversity

We see diversity as enriching. Because this is where the best ideas come from.

The Teufel family is vibrant, open, and diverse. This creates a wide range of inspirations and is the foundation of our creative work. We all share a love of good sound and the courage to question conventions in order to change things for the better.

    • The members of the Teufel family hail from 17 countries.

    • Ages range from 20 to 60, which makes for exciting synergies

Who you love doesn't matter to us, we only interested only in passion for great sound.

      Living and working in harmony.

No strong community without strong individuals.

We all have different needs in order to do a good job. That's why every employee at Teufel is supported individually.

      • We offer flexible working hours and individual parental leave arrangements that are tailored to the everyday lives of our employees so that they can reconcile work and family life.
      • If the job description allows, we offer our employees the opportunity to work remotely.
      • The fact that we are not only talking about good working conditions, but that these are also appreciated by all Teufel colleagues, is proven by our many years of low turnover.
      • And because the best day of the year should not be spent in the office, all Teufel employees have their birthday off.

      Stronger together

We want to give something back to the community.

As a company, we not only take responsibility for our employees but also try to make a contribution to the society in which we live.

      • Our employees receive one day off per year to participate in social projects.
      • We work closely with the Berliner Tafel and actively support the association. Among other things, we have donated over 15,000 euros in the context of a charity run.
      • Every year in December we collect clothes for charity.
