Shipping logistics
Particularly large and/or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered by a forwarding agent. As a rule, the commissioned company will arrange an individual delivery date with you - for this purpose, we need your telephone number during the ordering process.

Shipping time
You will find information on the shipping time on the respective product detail page. Please note that for orders that are paid with the payment method "prepayment", the delivery can only be set in motion as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account. In order to be able to make a direct delivery of goods in stock, we recommend that you select PayPal or credit card as payment method. The delivery time varies depending on the type of delivery (by DHL/ UPS or forwarding agent). For logistical reasons, DHL or UPS occasionally splits up shipments to the same addressee and delivers them on different days one after the other - especially if the packages have different sizes.

How long do I have to return a product?

For all purchases and service orders placed on our website, by fax, email, or telephone, we offer the statutory return period (14 days).

For all items except for Teufel gift cards, we offer an additional contractual return period which enters into force the day after the statutory return period expires, for a total of eight weeks after receipt of the product. Your statutory return period is not effected by this.
